Through interactive discussions, we will:
- Assess the evolution of corporate governance, from shareholder primacy to the increasing use of dual-class stock in tech companies.
- Explore how AI and other emerging technologies challenge traditional governance models and introduce new complexities in decision-making.
- Discuss the significance of Public Benefit Corporations (PBCs) and other evolving governance structures in addressing externalities and long-term stakeholder value.
