As AI tools become increasingly integrated into legal workflows, general counsels and chief legal officers must understand how to craft and evaluate effective prompts to ensure accurate, ethical, and compliant outputs. This session will dive into the art and science of prompting AI tools while maintaining legal oversight and mitigating risk.
Through an interactive discussion tailored to in-house legal leaders, we will:
- Explore how well-crafted prompts can improve accuracy in contract analysis, regulatory guidance, and legal research.
- Discuss how vague or biased prompts can lead to inaccurate results, confidentiality breaches, and potential privilege waivers.
- Identify practical strategies for designing clear, accurate prompts and establishing internal guardrails to ensure human oversight and legal compliance.
