As tech companies shift from rapid growth to operational discipline, legal departments are under pressure to do more with less. Amid layoffs, budget constraints, and increased scrutiny from boards and investors, in-house legal teams must rethink how they scale, prioritize risk, and maintain strategic influence. Join us for a practical discussion on how legal leaders are evolving their functions to meet today’s economic realities while laying the groundwork for long-term governance and resilience.
Through interactive discussions, we will:
- Explore frameworks for building lean, scalable legal operations that align with current budget realities.
- Discuss how legal teams can manage risk, support business continuity, and maintain influence during times of economic contraction.
- Examine governance priorities and how in-house leaders are navigating shifting expectations from executive leadership and the board.
