Through engaging discussions, we will:
- Explore SEC regulations and guidelines concerning statements about AI for companies, both private and public, and learn best practices for compliance.
- Identify and assess the potential risks associated with AI washing, including fraud, false advertisement, civil liabilities, and regulatory repercussions, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
This program is eligible for up to 1 hour of CLE credit in 50-minute states and 1 hour of CLE credit in 60-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. This course is appropriate for experienced attorneys only.
