The full cost of the room, including room rate, taxes, and fees, will be charged at the time of booking. Reservations can be canceled or modified until Monday, October 5, 2026. Please note that all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable as of this date. Cancellations made after Monday, October 5, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
Getting to and from The Resort at Pelican Hill
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is the closest airport to the venue (approximately 15 minutes away), though Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is also an option for extended flight paths (approximately 45–60 minutes depending on traffic).
We highly recommend booking ground transportation to the hotel:
-Ride share services operate smoothly throughout the Newport Beach and Orange County areas.
-Taxis are readily available in the arrivals and baggage claim levels of the airport terminals.

Can I arrive earlier or stay later at the hotel?
YES! How do I get to and from the hotel?
To get to The Resort at Pelican Hill from John Wayne Airport (SNA), which is the closest airport (~15 minutes away), we recommend using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft, or taking a taxi from the arrivals level. If you are flying into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the drive is approximately 45–60 minutes depending on traffic. We expect this program to be eligible for up to 5.5 hours of CLE credit in 50-minute states and 4.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. This course is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. L Suite has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board and the State Bar of California as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education. Additionally, we will seek CLE accreditation in IL, WA, FL, TX, PA, CO, GA, and any of the other 50 states upon specific request from an attendee.
