Washington is finally moving. Landmark legislation is advancing, and a newly reconstituted SEC is signaling a more constructive, pro-crypto stance. After years of regulatory fog and regulation by enforcement, the U.S. legal landscape is beginning to take shape — and crypto GCs are no longer on the defensive. They’re leading the charge.
The role of the GC has never been more instrumental in shaping an industry. From defining the legal frameworks of tomorrow to preparing for institutional scale, GCs are laying the foundation for crypto’s most resilient and enduring chapter. The opportunity to build lasting infrastructure — and to redefine how law meets innovation — has never been more tangible.
Join us at this year’s CryptoGC Offsite at the 1 Hotel in Nashville, where a handpicked group of the space’s top legal minds will come together for candid conversation, strategic foresight, and the trusted relationships that power the future of the industry.

-Tokens vs. equity: Valuation and alignment in employee grants and investor allocations
-KYC in a non-custodial world: Techniques for balancing decentralization with risk mitigation
-Control Person Liability: How Crypto GCs Think about Individual Risk
-Beyond staking: The evolving legal landscape for new yield strategies
